Thanks for shopping with us and supporting our small, wild-hearted business. Every product we offer is made to order, which means once you place an order, it’s custom-printed just for you. That’s pretty special, right? Because of that, all sales are final.

🌲 No Refunds. No Returns. No Exceptions. 🌲

Here’s why:
Your new tee, mug, or backpack didn’t come from a dusty warehouse—it was made just for you, printed fresh off the press! That means we can’t accept returns or offer refunds, as we can’t resell personalized or made-to-order items.

But don’t worry—we’re not cold as a mountain summit at 5 a.m.
If your gear arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end (like a misprint or wrong item), shoot us a message within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right faster than you can say “Let’s go hiking!”
